House Barbecue Sauce

Chef Jason Hill, of http://www.CookingSessions.com sharing her house, barbecue sauce Recipe in this episode of “Chef Tips.” This simple house, barbecue sauce calls for a dry Spice Mix:
1 Tablespoon of chili Powder
1 Tablespoon paprika Hungarian
1 teaspoon Turmeric or Coleman’s dry Mustard
1 teaspoon ground Cumin
1/4 Teaspoon Cloves (optional)
1/4 Cup brown Sugar
follow-up of
1 Cup of ketchup
1/4 Cup Of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Of Molasses
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon Jason’s Garlic Shallot Purée (or 2 cloves of crushed Garlic)
1 teaspoon coarsely ground cracked black Pepper

Mix well and put this simple barbecue sauce in a Saucepan. Cook on low heat for 30 Minutes, stirring from time to time and keep concluding that it does not burn. Let cool completely in the Fridge for the Flavors of a few Hours to report. Save it in the Refrigerator for up to 2 Weeks.
